Keynote Address: Stormwater as a Resource & the Pure Potential Project (9:00am)
Seth Brown, Executive Director – National Municipal Stormwater Alliance
Seth has 25 years of experience in the stormwater sector in both technical and policy areas. As the former Director of Stormwater Programs at the Water Environment Federation (WEF), Seth has become a well-known figure in the sector and a regular speaker at stormwater-focused events across the country. Seth remains engaged in the sector as a practitioner through his consulting firm, Storm and Stream Solutions, as well as through his leadership of the National Municipal Stormwater Alliance (NMSA), a national NGO representing over 4,400 MS4s in 25 states across the country. He also furthers his academic research and teaching via George Mason University, the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, and Virginia Tech. View Seth’s presentation.
